Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser Treatment of the Root Canal

In this clinical case we determine if a pulsed Nd:YAG laser can be used to correct endodontic failure. After preparation and cleansing of the root canals, we irradiated the canals using Fotona's Nd:YAG laser before filling these with a root canal sealer paste and gutta-percha points. We were successful in treating endodontic failure.
