
Nada Kecelj Leskovec, MD, PhD, Asst. Professor
Dr. Nada Kecelj Leskovec graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana in 1991. She became a specialist of dermatovenerology in 1998 and further obtained a Master’s degree in 2005 and a PhD in 2008 from the same faculty. In additional to general dermatovenerology, her fields of interests also include phlebology and aesthetic laser procedures (using Fotona's Dualis SP).
Dr. Leskovec’s professional career began at the Dermatovenerology Department of the University Medical Center Ljubljana (1994) and continued at the Medical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana (1998) where she was elected as an assistant professor. Since 2013 she has also worked the Remeda medical center in Domžale, Slovenia, where she conducts laser workshops for Fotona.
From 2014 to 2018 Dr. Leskovec served as President of the Slovene Advisory board for Dermatovenerology and Vice President of the Association of Slovene dermatovenerologists. She is also a member of the Association for vessel diseases in Slovenia as well as the European Academy of Dermatovenerology and a council member of the European Wound Management Association.
