Ivan Peev: Versatility of SP Dynamis in Aesthetic and Clinical Practice
This lecture will present an overview of applications for the SP Dynamis laser (Fotona, Slovenia) used in our private dermatological clinic for a period of 2 years (2016 – 2018). The SP Dynamis multi-application platform, with a combination of Er:YAG and Nd:YAG wavelengths, is used to treat aesthetic, dermatological, as well as gynecological problems. Most common aesthetic problems such as skin aging, pigmentary changes (lentigines) or skin texture (couperosis, dermatosis papulosa nigra, enlarged pores) can be treated.
The laser is frequently used for the treatment of various dermatological problems such as senile keratosis, dermal nevi, xanthelasma, keloids, scars, venous lakes, PWS, lymphangiomas, leg reticular varicose veins and telangiectasia, plantar and genital warts, rosacea, onychomycosis, etc.
The laser also presents an excellent solution for vaginal relaxation syndrome in postmenopausal women and snoring and sleep apnea disorders.
The lecture consists of three parts. The first part is an overview of the Fotona SP Dynamis and its advantages in growing the clinical practice. The second part presents a variety of dermatological diseases and conditions successfully treated with Er:YAG and Nd:YAG. The third part presents our experience with 4D face lifting, vaginal relaxation syndrome, snoring and sleep apnea.
