LA&HA Research

The Laser & Health Academy (LA&HA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of research, education and publishing in the field of laser medicine. Our organization is dedicated to supporting your research efforts involving topics relating to medical laser applications.

There are several ways to cooperate with LA&HA as a researcher:

a) Initiate a research proposal
We welcome investigator-initiated clinical study proposals. To propose a study, please submit a study synopsis through our contact form, which will be considered by LA&HA’s clinical board.

Following the review, LA&HA may support your study in various ways, including:

• Connecting you with researchers who may be interested in collaborating on your study.
• Supporting your activity with protocol design and statistics.
• Connecting you with researchers who may be interested in collaborating on your study.

Please outline the form of support you require in your proposal. Note that LA&HA will not act as an official study sponsor.

b) Join a study group
LA&HA may organize discussion groups and study clubs on specialized topics as well as facilitate collaboration on research proposals. We will notify you and invite you to participate in all such activities via e-mail.

c) Publish your work
We encourage you to share your clinical cases or case series for publication in the LA&HA Journal.
